Intra-Group Data Sharing Consent

I have read, understood, and explicitly agree to the Intra-Group Data Protection and Compliance Manifesto. I grant express permission for my personal data, biometric identifiers, right-to-work verifications, financial information, and sector-specific compliance records to be shared, hosted, and processed interchangeably across Workforce Resourcing Group Limited (16320925) and its eleven (11) operational subsidiary entities, sector brands, and subcontractor divisions. I understand this processing is managed under a Joint Data Controller Framework between the Southampton Resourcing Hub and the Polish Accounts & Compliance division for the sole purposes of group payroll execution, administrative billing, and business continuity.

Advanced Restructuring & Novation Agreement

I explicitly agree that the contract I am signing with Workforce Resourcing Limited (10529852) may be assigned, novated, or structurally transferred to its connected sister company, Workforce Resourcing Solutions Limited (16796902), in the event of an intra-group corporate restructuring or consolidation. I provide advanced contractual consent to this transfer, on the strict condition that my hourly pay rates, current client site assignments, accrued holiday balances, and original continuous service start date are fully protected and preserved under TUPE regulations.
